Service Type: Family Support Admin UK 

Effective Date: 9 May 2025

These Terms & Conditions set out the agreement between Trust Admin UK and its clients.

1. Nature of the Service

Trust Admin UK provides administrative support only

This may include:

organising paperwork

helping understand letters

form completion

appointment booking

prescription ordering (administrative only)

telephone or email liaison (with consent)

Trust Admin UK does not provide:

medical advice

legal advice

financial advice

advocacy

emergency or crisis services

All decisions remain the responsibility of the client.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

provide accurate and truthful information

give clear instructions for tasks

ensure all documents supplied are genuine and lawful

notify Trust Admin UK of any changes relevant to the service

Clients are responsible for checking final documents before submission.

3. Consent to Act on Your Behalf

Some tasks may require contacting organisations on your behalf. This will only be done with your explicit consent, which may be given:

in writing

by email

verbally (recorded in notes)

You may withdraw consent at any time.

4. Payments

Payments may be made by:

bank transfer

cash

invoice

Payment terms will be agreed before work begins. Invoices must be paid by the due date stated.

5. Cancellations and Ending the Service

You may end the service at any time. Any completed work up to the end date must still be paid for.

Trust Admin UK may end the service if:

the work requested is outside the scope of administrative support

communication becomes inappropriate or unsafe

consent is withdrawn for essential tasks

payment is not received

6. Confidentiality and Data Protection

All personal information is handled in line with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.

Your information will be kept confidential except in the following situations:

when you give consent to share it

when sharing is necessary to complete a task

when required by law

when there is a safeguarding concern (see below)

7. Safeguarding

If there is a concern that you or someone else may be at risk of harm, Trust Admin UK may need to share relevant information with:

local safeguarding teams

emergency services

health or social care professionals

This will only be done when necessary to protect someone’s safety.

Where possible, you will be informed before information is shared, unless doing so would increase the risk.

8. Liability

Trust Admin UK takes care to provide accurate and reliable administrative support. However, we cannot accept liability for:

decisions made by clients

actions taken based on information provided

delays caused by third‑party organisations

errors in documents supplied by clients

Clients remain responsible for reviewing and approving all final documents.
